Schlafs\u00e4cke sollten Temperaturen bis -30 Grad abdecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir verwenden f\u00fcr uns verschiedene Kleidungsschichten, um warm zu bleiben. So k\u00f6nnen wir unsere Kleidung schnell an die wechselnden Temperaturen und Umst\u00e4nde unserer Reisen anpassen. Wir empfehlen feuchtigkeitsableitende Schichten als unterste Kleidungsschicht, damit m\u00f6glichst wenig Feuchtigkeit direkt am K\u00f6rper bleibt. Synthetische Materialien oder Tierwolle sind daf\u00fcr ideal.
